SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
There is a 24-48 hrs, processing time for all orders, with most orders sent out for delivery within 24 business hrs. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible.
Express Delivery Only Dubai: Same day delivery for all orders before 9:00PM.
- Free Shipping on Orders Above 300 AED.
- There is a 25 AED flat rate shipping fee on orders less than 300 AED .
- 50 AED for the same day delivery.

Option available whenever the final cart price is above AED300. You must select Free Shipping during checkout to be eligible and it will be shipped.
If you plan to Choose Same day delivery/Express delivery. You must be ordered early 8am - 9pm. Beacuse the delivery Cut off time is 10pm - 10:30pm. If your ordered after 9pm. Your order will be delivered on the next day, and the 50 AED Charge will not be cutted back.
Incomplete / Incorrect ADDRESS OR CONTACT # Submissions:
Please review your shipping address and contact informations carefully when placing an order. Errors in the Shipping Address and Contact # will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

Customers can contact us within 24hrs from the day of recieving the item(s) except the NON-RETURNABLE item(s). If you have received defective or damaged, or any missing parts please email us emmediately. Claiming after 24hrs.or more will not be acceptable at all.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Flavor goods such as E-juices or Flavor Pods cannot be change or returned.
Any item thats not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not returnable.
There are the certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Tanks Accessories in general - Device, Coils, Batteries, chargers, replacement glass etc.that has been opened.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment / COD , within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com or messenger.
To return your product,
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
